Request for a General Plan amendment and Zone change to
permit construction of 6 multi‐family buildings with 30 residential units totaling 50,752 square‐feet on a 2.1 acre site in the R‐1‐1 zone with a land use designation of Neighborhood Low.

This proposal will be acted on at a future public hearing after the City has completed the review process. That date is not determined at this time.
